Manufacturing process

Six stages from raw material to export-ready product.

An immersive look at how a Blauheit product is made — and where your specification shapes each stage.

  1. Stage 01

    Material selection

    Each product starts with the material best suited to its job: split, grain or goat leather for abrasion and heat; Amara synthetic leather for dexterity; four-way stretch, denim, hi-vis mesh or cotton interlock for the back; neoprene, knit rib or leather for cuffs; foam, Thinsulate or absorbent linings inside.

  2. Stage 02

    Product development

    Existing models can be adapted or new products developed to a buyer's brief — changing protection zones, cuff styles, closures, thermal lining weight, touchscreen fingertips or impact guard thickness.

  3. Stage 03

    Cutting & construction

    Double-layer palms, padded palm layers, reinforced thumb crotches, leather knuckle protection, segmented rubber guards and extended gauntlet or safety cuffs are built into the pattern of each model.

  4. Stage 04

    Stitching & finishing

    Heavy-duty reinforced seams, precision double-line stitching, heat-resistant stitching for hot-work gloves, zig-zag elastic stitching at wrists, serged edges and piping — finished with clean edges and seam alignment.

  5. Stage 05

    Quality checks

    Edge finishing, seam alignment, stitch integrity in stress zones and consistency against the approved sample are checked before products are packed.

  6. Stage 06

    Branding & packing

    Logo printing, embossing, woven patches and labels are applied to your specification, then products are packed in custom bulk or retail packaging for export.

    Production runs are built to the specification approved at sampling, with the same materials, construction and finishing.

    Edge finishing, seam alignment and neat serging are part of how every glove is judged before it leaves the line.
